It’s been a busy few weeks for us here in Auckland post New Zealand fashion week, Modes was proud to be involved with the New Zealand Weddings Magazine bridal show, showing off the latest from our European collection Exclusive to Modes bridal boutique.
The first of two shows began with an explosion of non-traditional, coloured bridal looks by a European designer duo exclusive to Modes Bridal. The Blue tulle, 20’s embroidered and embellished lace gown with its plunging neckline and heavenly full skirt set the scene for the start of our 2017 collection arriving soon.
A delicate lace gown with full multi coloured crown was followed by 20’s inspired coloured crystal embellishments, low backed gowns and to top it all off a cute-as-a-button flower girl and bride in matching Chantilly lace and tulle gowns.
Fashion Quarterly’s director Marcel Gull is a “huge fan of the NZ Wedding Show” at NZ Fashion week and proclaimed that the wedding show which Modes of course with their ” slick take on 20’s silhouettes” was very much an integral part and was
” My favorite at New Zealand Fashion Week”
