Lauren was just fantastic! From the moment we walked in the store we felt welcomed and comfortable. Lauren was fun to work with, understanding and knowledgable. We really enjoyed our experience at Modes (after negative experiences at other bridal stores) and I would certainly highly recommend her/and the store to anyone.
